I have been dreaming up an event like this years. Finally everything has aligned and I am SO excited to bring a live harp experience to Well Zen.

For this special evening, I’ll be joined by the wonderful Angie, who will be creating the most beautiful atmosphere with her harp, weaving between guided relaxation and crystal singing bowls led by me.

Think winter warmer, cosy blankets, lying down, switching off and letting yourself be completely immersed in sound.

The harp has such a unique quality..it feels soft, calming and almost otherworldly. Combined with the deep resonance of crystal bowls, it creates the perfect space to slow down, relax and take some much needed time for yourself.

What to Expect

We'll begin the evening with a guided relaxation and crystal singing bowls to help you settle in, release the day and get comfortable.

Angie will then take you through a live harp journey, filling the space with beautiful, calming sounds while you simply lie back and receive.

We'll close with another crystal bowl sound bath, bringing everything together and leaving you feeling rested, grounded and refreshed.

This is a lie down, snuggle up and get cosy kind of evening.

No experience is needed. You don't need to know how to meditate or have been to a sound bath before — nothing is required of you other than arriving, getting comfortable and enjoying the experience.
