After a summer of long, hot days, busy weekends and constant plans, autumn invites us to slow down.

As the evenings draw in and the seasons begin to change, this is your chance to pause, switch off and embrace everything we love about this time of year. Think soft blankets, candlelight, warm drinks, gentle movement and a deeply restorative sound bath.

What to Expect

Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed into a beautifully cosy space with warm lighting, soft music and the comforting aromas of the season.

Take a moment to make yourself a chai latte or indulgent hot chocolate from our seasonal drinks station before choosing an oracle card to accompany your evening. Each card includes a gentle reflection prompt to invite a little self-connection as we move into autumn.

We'll then ease into a nourishing yin yoga practice, holding restful postures that encourage the body to soften and the mind to slow down. Throughout the practice, you'll receive gentle touches of care, including relaxing shoulder massage and aromatherapy, creating a truly sensory experience.

The evening will then flow into an immersive crystal bowl sound bath, allowing you to settle into complete rest while wrapped in blankets and surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight.

Before heading home claim a seasonal gift, leaving feeling rested, grounded and ready to welcome the new season.

This evening is perfect if you're craving a slower pace after a busy summer, feeling overwhelmed or looking for a few hours where someone else takes care of you.

No previous yoga or sound bath experience is needed. Come as you are, wear your cosiest clothes and allow yourself to unwind.
