THE EXPERIENCE
A long weekend in Mykonos designed to feel like the best version of summer: slow mornings, golden sunsets, shared tables and the kind of people you somehow feel instantly comfortable with.
This is not a traditional wellness retreat.
It’s a feel good escape where movement, food, music and connection come together naturally without pressure, intensity or expectation.
Think:
sun-warmed skin, barefoot pool mornings, candlelit dinners, spontaneous laughter and sunset music that makes everything feel a little cinematic.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Across four days, we’ll move gently, eat well, rest deeply and spend time in one of the most beautiful corners of the Greek islands.
You can expect:
- Daily morning movement (beach club yoga vibe)
- Optional massages & intuitive treatments
- Slow afternoons by the pool
- Time to explore Mykonos Old Town
- Sunset rituals (sound bath, yin or guided relaxation)
- Shared dinners under the stars
- Space to do absolutely nothing if that’s what you need
Everything is optional. Nothing is forced.

THE FOOD
Food is a central part of the experience.. abundant, colourful and shared.
Expect long table dinners, grazing plates and Mediterranean inspired meals designed to bring people together.
Final Dinner
A sunset dinner at Scorpios! One of Mykonos’ most iconic beachside settings, shared family style as the sun goes down.

MORNING RITUALS
Mornings are slow and nourishing.
Expect a generous breakfast spread:
eggs, avocado toast, fruit, yoghurt, granola, pastries.
Alongside a matcha & coffee station

THE ENERGY
This retreat is for people who want:
- to feel good in their body without pressure
- to meet new people in a natural, easy way
- to experience Mykonos beyond nightlife and clichés
- to slow down without feeling like they’re “doing wellness”

THE FLOW
Thursday — Arrival & Opening Night
Welcome session, grounding introduction and a shared dinner under the stars.
Friday — Slow Living
Morning movement, pool time, optional treatments, exploration, sunset relaxation session and taco night.
Saturday — Golden Hour Day
Slow morning, free time, then a sunset dinner at Scorpios to close the night in style.
Sunday — Soft Landing
Morning breakfast, gentle closing circle, journaling and departures.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This retreat is for open hearted people who want a long weekend of connection, sunshine, movement and ease.
You don’t need to be “into wellness” or experienced in yoga.
You just need to want:
good energy, good food and a few days away from real life in a beautiful place.

LIMITED SPACES
This is a small group experience designed to stay intimate, connected and personal. If sharing a twin room you can either be placed with a friend as per request or if you're coming solo we will match you with someone that matches your energy! This is how great friendships are made on our retreats.
Once places are gone, they’re gone.

This will be our fourth retreat in Mykonos and our favourite by far! This time we have upgraded to a breathtaking villa by the lighthouse, a short uber to the town so plenty of opportunity to explore or if you prefer not to venture out we will have masseuses visiting the villa with option to book treatments, private readings and of course chill out by the stunning pool and soak in the views.
