Day 2 – Flow, Heart & Soul

• 8:00 am: Morning Somatic Yoga

• 9:30 am: Guided Journaling with Lauren (self-reflection, gratitude & soul prompts)

• 10:30 am: Brunch

• 11:30 am: Free Time / Optional Massages

• 3:30 pm: Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony

• 5:30 pm: Pool, nature walks & chill time

• 6:00 pm: Evening Yin & Sound Healing

• 7:00 pm: Dinner

Day 3 – Explore & Inspire

• 8:00 am: Morning Yoga & Breathwork

• 9:30 am: Breakfast & Journaling

• 10:30 am: Free Time / Optional Massages

• 3:00 pm: Excursion to Las Dalias Market & Live Music (optional)

• 8:00 pm: Optional Tarot Readings with Lauren

Day 4 – Integration & Farewell
