Join me in the heart of Tulum for a sacred week of soul work, sound, somatic movement, and stillness — designed to guide you gently back to yourself.

Together, in an intimate circle of ten, we’ll breathe, move, cry, laugh, and rest. We’ll sit by firelight. Swim in sacred waters. Be held by nature and each other. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering your wholeness.

Where We're Going

We’ll be staying at Naum Wellness, tucked in the jungle just outside Tulum — a peaceful retreat space built for presence and healing. No rushing, no performance, just soft light, open hearts and nature holding us.

This is a space to slow down. To let your nervous system exhale. To meet the parts of yourself you've had to keep quiet.

What’s Included

• Daily grounding practices — breathwork, gentle somatic movement, slow-flow yoga

• Sacred sound sessions — deep listening, vocal opening, nervous system repair

• Cenote ceremonies — water rituals, fire circles, intention setting
